Construction (Interior Use)
Materials: White primed or clear pine shaker doors.
Design options: From 1 to 8 panels, with square or ovolo sticking.
Panels: MDF, thickness 9–18 mm.
Core: Full pine in stiles and rails – no particle board.
Finish: Perfect primer, 2 coats.
Precision: Prep milling for any hardware using high-end CNC machines.
Customization: We adjust stiles, rails, and panels to your standard proportions.
Durability: Perfect joints, sturdy construction.
Sets available: Pre-hung or knock-down with jambs, prepped for hinges and locks.
